Meet Trish

Hello, I’m Trish.

I founded Surrey Senior Companions because I’ve always enjoyed helping people and making a positive difference in their lives. Over the years, I’ve come to appreciate how much a little extra support, kindness and companionship can mean, not only to older people themselves, but also to the families who care about them.

Having lived in Surrey for many years, including both Godalming and Haslemere, I feel incredibly fortunate to call this beautiful area home. I’m passionate about serving my local community and helping older people continue to enjoy everything it has to offer, while remaining independent, connected and confident in their own homes.

Whether it’s accompanying someone to a medical appointment, enjoying a coffee together, helping with shopping, organising paperwork, or supporting a move to a smaller home, I believe every person deserves to be treated with patience, dignity and genuine respect. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference: a friendly face, a listening ear or a helping hand. My hope is that every client feels they have someone they can rely on, not just for practical help, but for companionship, encouragement and peace of mind.

I also understand that inviting someone into your home is a very personal decision. That’s why I offer a free, no-obligation introductory visit, giving you and your family the opportunity to meet me, ask questions and decide whether I’m the right person for you.

It would be a privilege to support you or someone you love, and I look forward to meeting you.

Warm regards,

Trish
